Day 2 : Chepstow to Redbrook. 13 miles (21km).
Day 3: Redbrook to Llantilio Crossenny. 13 miles (21km).
Day 4: Llantilio Crossenny to Longtown/ Llanthony. 13½ miles (21.5km).
Day 5: Longtown/ Llanthony to Hay-on-Wye. 13 miles (21km).
Day 6: Hay-on-Wye to Kington. 15 miles (24km).
Day 7: Kington to Knighton. 14 miles (22.5km).
Day 8: Depart from Knighton after breakfast.
