iom.jpg

A walking holiday on the Isle of Man will rediscover the pleasures of walking in the tranquillity of an island with countryside unchanged for hundreds of years,

Only a short hop across the Irish sea from the UK mainland , the Isle of Man is a world away from the stresses and demands of modern day living

Your walking holiday follows the Raad ny Foillan, a 95 miles trail around the beautiful and dramatic Manx coast. Largely following the coastline it also takes you through a variety of different Manx terrain which from shingle beaches at the Ayres, over 600 foot hills and cliffs above the Sloc, and the coastal sward at Scarlett.

You will discover the simple pleasures of life the island has in abundance.
Measuring 33 miles by 13, there are few parts of Britain with so many different habitats concentrated in such a small area. Unspoilt beaches and rare flora and fauna, and a landscape already known to the Celts and Vikings for over a 1000 years
